The outside porch areas at the property were very nice and the walk to the beach was very convenient. The upstairs of the home was nice, a few holes in the wall but nothing major to complain about. The steps to go to the downstairs were kind of sketchy for small children and very difficult to manage for my husband who is 6'2, 275lbs. The biggest bedroom downstairs had a wet musty smell to it. The plumbing needs some upgrades but overall OK.

Relaxing vacation with plenty of room for our big family to spread out! Beach access was right across the street. The spiral staircase down to the lower level bedrooms and laundry are a little tricky. We just put those with the younger knees downstairs and on laundry duty. Linens were provided and kitchen was well stocked. Would for sure stay here again!
